The full terms of service will be published here before paid plans open.

Until then, the commitments in the API contract stand. The main one: documents and invoices you send are processed in memory and never stored. There is no endpoint to fetch one back, because there is nothing to fetch.

The waitlist is the only personal data collected today: an email address, held by Kit, used for the guide and for news about the API, and removed when you unsubscribe.
